Baptism
The Newman Community welcomes students, students with children, and parents with children seeking the waters of baptism and initiation into a life in Jesus Christ. The Newman Community works with St. Charles Borromeo (the local Catholic Church) in preparing parents seeking baptism for their children through pre-Jordan classes. These classes are held on an as need bases. Please contact Fr. John Titus to set up a time at 217-345-3332 or frjohn@saintcharleschurch.org.

Eucharist
The Eucharist is the “source and summit” of our faith. All are welcome to celebrate this sacred mystery. If you would like to participate in our Eucharistic celebration by becoming a liturgical minister (lector, extraordinary minister of communion, usher/greeter, server, cantor, or instrumentalist) please contact Roy Lanham at 217-348-0188 or rlanham@eiunewman.org.
Confirmation
The Newman Community offers a Collegiate Confirmation Class every year. If you are a student and have yet to be confirmed, think about being part of the Collegiate Confirmation. For more information please go to Collegiate Confirmation.
